Refund and Return Policy

At My House Object, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible items. You will not be charged any return shipping fees or restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@myhouseobject.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@myhouseobject.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (money back) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at contact@myhouseobject.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process.
